Appointment Day

  • Power: Ensure your RV site provides a 20-amp, 30-amp, or 50-amp shore power outlet, pressured water, and sewer hookup. We try our best to partner with local campgrounds to provide a spot for service - this is not always possible.

  • Tanks: Have a full tank ready for us to dump so we can gauge your tank performance before service. Please let us know prior if not dumping.

  • Sewer Hose: Leave your RV sewer hose attached and in place. If your tanks are hard-plumbed with PCV, arrange traditional RV sewer hose setup.

  • Slide-Outs: If feasible, retract slide-outs over (or near) the sewer outlet for easy access during cleaning.

  • Water usage: During the cleaning, water in your RV may be interrupted. Plan water-related activities post-cleaning.

  • Macerator: If your macerator pump is located between RV tanks and the sewer pipe (connecting to the sewer hose), we cannot provide tank cleaning services due to hydrojetter hose incompatibility.

  • Macerating Toilets: Cleaning is possible for tanks with macerating toilets.
